This project was all about taking an iconic character from the Nintendo 64 era and reimagining her in a fresh, modern style. Starting from an original sketch by Kevin Bayliss, the goal was to translate the 2D concept into a fully realized 3D character with a stylized, cartoony aesthetic staying true to the spirit of the classic RARE games, while giving her a richer visual presence.

The character, originally seen in Star Fox Adventures for the N64, was reinterpreted with updated proportions, materials, and posing adding more personality and dynamic appeal. The 3D work also included the full creature mount, inspired by the original in-game world, to create a more complete scene and storytelling moment.

The final image aims to capture the feeling of an animated feature film look with hand-crafted materials, cinematic lighting, and an inviting sense of depth, while keeping everything firmly rooted in a stylized world.
