1. What sizes do your clothing items come in?
We offer a wide range of sizes from small (S) to Triple extra large 3XL . Some garment pieces might have size limitations by the manufacturer but we do everything we can to accommodate all shapes and sizes.
2. Do you offer custom designs or personalization?
Yes, we do! Contact us at admin@eerie.design for more details on creating custom designs or personalizing existing ones.
3. What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns or exchanges only for defective or damaged items within 3 days of delivery. Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Typically, it can take from 3-7 business days also depending on the type of shipment the customer picks.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries in Europe/America/Asia. For very specific countries/areas feel free to ask via email and we’ll be happy to arrange custom shipment. Additional shipping charges and customs fees may apply.
6. How do I care for my t-shirt?
To keep your t-shirt looking great, machine wash inside out in cold water on a delicate cycle. Avoid using bleach. Always iron inside out, never directly over the print.
7. Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email.
8. How can I contact customer support?
You can reach us at admin@eerie.design and we’ll answer your questions within our office opening times Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. Be aware that it might take longer during bank holidays.
