Refunds are available for defective or damaged items. To request a return or exchange, contact us at admin@eerie.design within the 3 days of receiving your order. Custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping but will assist in resolving issues with the carrier.
